How much should Nuccy should I eat to feel the benefits?

Is there any health-risks associated with Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha is generally considered safe for most people. You would have to take unusually high dose to feel side effects like upset stomach, vomiting or other complications.
Since Nuccy uses Ashwagandha in combination to nut butter, as long as you don’t eat more than 1-2 jar everyday you will be fine.
How much Ashwagandha should you take daily to feel all the benefits?
Different sources and studies discuss it but generally, it is recommended to take between 250-500mg per day for at least 30 days.

Why is Nuccy only for people aged 15+?
Nuccy is for people aged 15+ because Ashwagandha is not recommended for young children until the age of 13 and we want to be extra safe by advising 15+. Like other herbal medicine, it’s not suitable for children.
