What you get with the Nuccy box 🎁
All our Nuccy boxes are recyclable, you will get your jars well wrapped up in recyclable cardboard paper to protect the products as they are glass jars. You will also get your special Nuccy stickers, and a note from us 🧡

How long will it take for Nuccy to ship my orders?
Once you make your order, Nuccy aims for you to receive the products withing 4 working days. It means that if you order on a Monday, you will receive the products by Thursday.
What will be in the Nuccy box?
The nuccy box will include your jars wrapped in special tissue paper, the nuccy stickers and a special note by Alienor.
Where do you ship?
Nuccy ships everywhere in the UK within 4 business days. Nuccy also ships to the EU but
there is additional import fees that will need to be paid on the arrival of the product to your home. Nuccy does not ship to the US (yet).

Do you give refund/free returns?
If you're not happy with the products or there was an issue with your order shipping, you can email nuccy (orders@nuccy.co.uk) and we will either refund you or send you new products!
Is your packaging recyclable?
You don't ship to my country, what can I do?
If you don't find a shipping option for your delivery address, we most probably don't ship to your country (we are sorry!) but send us an email at orders@nuccy.co.uk to let us know and we can look at solutions :)
