1. How long does it take for Nuccy to send my order ?

Once you confirm your order, Nuccy aims for you to receive the products within 4 working days. It means that if you order on a Monday, you will receive the products by Thursday.

We’re using Royal mail or Every depending on the size of your order and your location.

2. Where does Nuccy ship ?

Nuccy ships everywhere in the UK within 4 business days. Nuccy also ships to the EU but there is additional import fees that will need to be paid on the arrival of the product to your home. Nuccy does not ship to the US (yet).

3. Do you refund orders ?

As the products are made of glass, breakages in the mail may unfortunately happen. If you received a broken order, send me an email and I will sort that out for you! alienor@nuccy.co.uk
