This nut flow can go from liquid if stored in the cupboard to thicker if stored in the fridge. Oil separation is normal, shake it like you mean it or stirr well with a spoon.

A note from Alienor
Hello it's Alienor, Nuccy's founder. I created all the recipes for the nut flows during the pandemic which helped me ground myself and get creative during a difficult period.
Hazelnut butter is the first nut butter I tried to make, I wanted something new and could not find it anywhere. It felt delicious, luxurious and original for me. In additionm hazelnuts in italians is Nocciola, which was the inspiration behind the name "Nuccy".
