Special flowy icing for banana bread

This special icing made primarily of the Almond coco flow was the superstar of a girls diner party I organized at my place a few weeks ago and I absolutely needed to share as it was a hit!

I published a recipe for a banana bread on the blog here but one of my favourite is also this one by Melissa Hemsley, you can found it here (I don't use the butter as I am mostly plant-based), it's made with buckwheat flour and has no sugar in it which makes it the perfect cake to add a sumptuous icing!

Banana bread in the making

Of course, you can choose whichever banana bread recipe you like most and add the icing on whatever you want.

Ingredients:

- 3 dates (pitted)

- 3 spoons of coconut yogurt

- 5 spoons of almond coco flow (add as much as you want).

- 2 spoons of maple syrup

- 1 ripe banana

Instructions:

- Blend everything in one bowl, add maple syrup or almond milk depending on consistency.

TIps: Be careful and let the banana bread completely cool before spreading the icing on top. You can do it in advance and take it out of the fridge 30-40 min before presenting the desert and even leave some in a bowl so people can add some on their plates.
