I discovered green juices my second year in London and although it is a constant source of fun for my friends and family, I absolutely love them and they make me feel so much better that I can't go a weekend without them.
I've had my fair share of bad surprises around London trying new juice spots.I don't have a proper juicer at home which is why I don't have one everyday but after a night out I always make sure to have a celery, cucumber, apple and some ginger which are the 3/4 ingredients of the recipes. They are super hydrating veggies which I think is why I love them after a party.
Enjoy and take that green shot after the gin ones!
A couple of pieces of fresh ginger (put as much or as little as you want for a little kick!)
Place all the ingredients in your blender (you don't need to add water but depending on the type of blender you use, you might need to).
Once it's all smashed, put it a "filter bag", muslin bag, and squeeze above a bowl or a carafe, the green liquid will pour out.
Drink the green juice in tiny shots or with a straw directly from the bow/big glass.
