Wellness favourites this month

My five wellness favourites this month! As you all know I am super into wellness, self-care and these are what made me feel good.
  • Soul cycle class: I got into spinning back when I was a student in 2016 and fell in love so quickly, I love the loud music and that it would build up my confidence to exercise in the dark (we have to start somewhere!). I love Soul Cycle and Psycle, they have different locations around the city. Hot tip: I always check the teacher playlist in advance to ensure I will vibe during the class.

  • Magnesium salt: If you have a bathtub, this is honestly the most relaxing moment of the week, and adding magnesium salt to it has helped my body and relaxed my muscles + any soreness or tension I might be having.

  • Coconut water: this one is very easy and basic but this is what wellness is all about for me, easy wins and coconut water is! I always feel hydrated after and it contains natural electrolytes which are good post-night out or intense class.
  • Flowers: My mom was in London recently and she gifted me these beautiful yellow flowers that bloomed after she was gone and in the last grey days we’ve had, this was like having sunshine inside my living room. If you want to brighten your living rooms, plants or flowers is my ultimate go-to, they do change the energy.
  • Art: Going to see the permanent collection at the Tate modern recently has inspired me so much and they had amazing rooms and curations. Absolutely loved it and recharged my creative batteries.
