Nut butters are a great source of healthy fats. It’s important to include these in our daily life for their role in managing balanced hormone levels, and their anti-inflammatory properties. Including sources of healthy fats in your day will support the skin by minimising blemishes and reducing the risk of future ones.
Other sources of healthy fats can be: Avocado, Extra virgin olive oil, Walnuts, Almonds, Flax, chia & hemp seed

Antioxidant rich foods - these natural chemicals found in plants help reduce inflammation and boost our body’s defence mechanism. These will help reduce skin inflammation.

- Vit.c - red peppers, lemon, oranges, kiwi.
- Selenium - brazil nuts.
- Beta-carotene - sweet potatoes, pumpkin & carrots.

Dark leafy greens - you can find a great amount of B vitamins in dark leafy greens. These support healing processes and provide energy to our cells.

Proteins - essential for healthy hormone production + balance our blood sugar levels. This avoids excess production of certain hormones & spikes that can trigger skin irritations.
